These terms explain the basic rules for using 333editor. By using the app, you agree to use it lawfully, respectfully, and only in ways the app is intended to be used.

Your content

Photos, videos, stickers, clips, and exports you create are your responsibility. Please make sure you have the rights and permissions needed for anything you capture, import, edit, or share.

Intellectual Property, User-Generated Content, and Audio Disclaimers

1. User Warranties and Representations

By uploading, importing, extracting, or otherwise processing any media assets—including but not limited to video files, audio files, voice recordings, sound effects, images, and text (collectively, "User Media")—into or through the 333 editor app (the "Application"), you expressly represent, warrant, and covenant that: You are the sole and exclusive legal owner of all intellectual property rights in such User Media, or you have obtained all necessary valid, legal, and lawful licenses, consents, permissions, and clearances from the rightful owners to use, copy, modify, extract, and re-publish the User Media. Your use of the Application to modify, edit, or extract audio or video data does not and will not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third-party rights, including without limitation patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, moral rights, rights of publicity, or privacy rights.

2. App as a Technical Utility Only

You acknowledge and agree that 333 editor app provides purely automated, mechanical software utilities (such as video editing, timeline syncing, template formatting, and audio extraction or separation features) for your personal or professional convenience. The provision of these technical utilities does not grant, transfer, license, or imply any copyright ownership, permission, or legal right to use any third-party materials processed by the Application.

3. Platform Compliance and Independent Licensing

You explicitly understand that media assets sourced or downloaded from third-party social media networks or platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook) are subject to the respective terms of service and licensing limitations of those specific platforms. Many platform-native licensing arrangements (such as in-app music remix rights) do not extend to external third-party software applications like 333 editor app. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all third-party platform rules. 333 editor app does not verify, monitor, or guarantee the copyright status of any User Media.

4. Visual-Only Templates Disclaimer

Certain pre-made visual layouts, timelines, cut sequences, or transitions provided within the Application ("Templates") may be presented in previews or marketing materials alongside audio tracks for illustrative or timing demonstration purposes. You acknowledge that when importing a Template into the video editing workspace, 333 editor app does not supply, deliver, host, or stream copyrighted audio tracks within the editor environment unless explicitly labeled as native royalty-free stock assets. You assume all responsibility for sourcing, synchronizing, and independently licensing any audio track you choose to add to your video project.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 333 editor app, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of, relating to, or resulting from: Your violation or alleged violation of any third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property right via the Application; Your unauthorized extraction, redistribution, or upload of audio or video data; and Any copyright strikes, automated muting, takedown notices, or legal claims issued against your content on external platforms (e.g., YouTube Content ID, Meta Copyright Systems) stemming from videos edited using the Application.

Account and purchases

Some features may require sign-in or a paid upgrade. Purchases are processed by third-party payment providers or app stores, and their payment terms may also apply.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, interfere with its services, attempt unauthorized access, or use 333editor to create or share illegal, harmful, or rights-infringing content.

Your licence to use 333editor

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use 333editor (the apps, the web editor at 333editor.app and its agent tools) to make your own designs. The software, code, shaders, widgets, templates, presets, fonts we provide, agent skill, catalog, schemas and documentation (together, the “333 Materials”) belong to SANSANSAN INC. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Using 333editor does not transfer any ownership of them to you. The designs you export are yours to use and share; the templates, widgets and other 333 Materials inside them stay ours.

What you may not do

Unless we agree in writing, you may not do any of the following, or let anyone else do it for you (including an AI agent, script or other automated tool):

• copy, mirror, rehost, frame or redistribute the web editor, its code or its assets;
• decompile, disassemble, deobfuscate or otherwise reverse engineer the apps, the web editor, or their shaders, widgets and assets, except where applicable law expressly allows it despite this restriction;
• extract, scrape or bulk-download templates, widgets, presets, fonts, the agent catalog or documentation, or use any of them outside 333editor;
• use 333editor, the 333 Materials, or anything derived from them (including the agent skill, catalog, schemas and agent outputs) to build, train or improve a product or service that competes with 333editor;
• run 333editor as an editing or rendering service for other people, or sell, resell or sublicense access to it;
• get around sign-in, plan limits, render approvals or other access controls, or unlock paid features without paying for them.

Coding agents and automated access

You may connect your own AI coding agent to 333editor through the tools we provide (the 333 MCP server, the agent skill and the handoff helper) to make designs for yourself. Agent access is part of your plan, is tied to your account and may not be shared. Anything your agent does through these tools counts as something you did under these terms. Agent tools have fair-use limits; we may log their use and limit, suspend or revoke access that breaks these terms. Any other automated access to our services needs our written permission.

Availability

We work to keep the app useful and reliable, but features may change, pause, or stop. The app is provided as-is without a guarantee that every feature will be available at all times.

Ending use

You can stop using the app at any time. Signed-in users can request account deletion from the profile sheet, which removes the hosted account record tied to that sign-in. We may suspend or end access, including agent access and paid features, for anyone who breaks these terms.
